The hotel had a great design and the swimming pool was super clean. The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette and a large fridge. the location was perfect, just a few steps from the ski station.
The staff lacked sufficient training and communication skills. Language was a significant barrier, as most staff members did not speak basic English, which made it difficult to communicate with them.

Great amenities, including a nice and clean swimming pool, plus a place to go skiing that was very conveniently located near the hotel. There were also some good restaurants nearby, which was nice. Best aspects: the best aspect by far was how new and modern the hotel was. It felt like we were really staying somewhere special.
The crowds during New Year's were a bit too much for us. the room we had was quite small and didn't offer much space for us to relax in.

With friendly staff, clean swimming pool, and excellent service, you won't want to leave. the location is perfect for ski lovers, with private heated lockers on the slopes and a pet-friendly policy. Rooms with spacious kitchenettes and a sizeable fridge complete the package.
The lack of well-prepared cutlery in the rooms could be improved.

As a traveler, I appreciated having a contact person who could speak English, quite helpful considering the hotel staff had limited English. The kitchenette with a sizeable fridge and freezer was practical, and the restaurant with individual hot pot in the evening was fantastic. the hotel is pet-friendly, with a well-maintained pool and excellent facilities, and the staff were friendly and willing to assist.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The friendly service from the staff made me feel right at home. The hotel is quite new, so there were a few hiccups as the staff was still learning, but overall, they did a great job in ensuring my comfort and satisfaction.
This hotel is a great option for families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.
